Nesam Old Age Home is an old age home for senior citizens who need support owing to an absence of a dedicated caring mechanism at home, or for taking care of the parents of those who have settled abroad. It was initially conceived of by the Nesam Friends Charitable Trust, an association of the alumni of SBOA School, Chennai, as a mechanism to be available to aged parents needing support. The members of the alumni or retired teachers interested in doing service would be given job opportunities in this old age home for monitoring the day-to-day activities.

We have dedicated teams of kitchen, housekeeping, and paramedical staff to ensure that your requirements are met 24 × 7. An in-house doctor is also present always on the premises.
The paramedical staff that we have on-board can meet the requirements commonly needed by elderlies, such as administration of medicine on time, scheduling medical check-ups on a regular basis, etc.
Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available to suit different preferences, and they are prepared separately, in an air-conditioned dining room.
Recreational activities such as exercise are arranged to ensure that elderlies are kept fruitfully occupied, which ensures their optimal physical and mental health.
